Bio-Diversity Conservation

Deforestation, poaching and pollution are causing unprecedented loss of bio-diversity in the south west region of Cameroon

If we continue on this path, we will drive endangered species to extinction at such a rapid pace that life would be unrecognizable from its current form.

So what do we do about it?

We take a bold step, setting aside large areas for conservation. The natural habitats will be managed sustainably using best practice science as well as traditional Indigenous knowledge.

FORUDEF  aims to initiate public awareness for the protection of the environment through education and awareness creation. By constantly monitoring biodiversity and ecosystem in a precise manner, this program strives to enable the protection of biodiversity in our region.
